In restorative dentistry, the goal is to preserve natural teeth as much as possible. Replacing missing teeth with dental implants, dental bridges, or dentures helps patients regain their oral health.

When you choose a restorative dentist, sometimes full or partial dentures are the best option if you have many missing teeth or if your have other health problems.

Dental Implants

A dental implant is a small titanium screw that serves as the replacement for the root portion of a missing natural tooth. Dental implants can be placed in either the upper or lower jaws. Due to the biocompatible properties of titanium, a dental implant fuses with the bone and becomes a good anchor for the replacement tooth. Dental implants can be used in solutions for replacing single or multiple missing teeth.

Root Canals

Endodontic treatment, more commonly known as root canal therapy, is necessary when the pulp of your tooth becomes inflamed or infected. The inflammation or infection can have a variety of causes such as deep decay, or a crack or chip in the tooth, with proper care; an endodonctically treated tooth will function normally for years to come.

White Fillings

White filling is a dental restorative material used to restore the function, integrity and morphology of missing tooth structure. The structural loss typically results from caries or external trauma. It is also lost intentionally during tooth preparation to improve the aesthetics or the physical integrity of the intended restorative material. Dental restoration also refers to the replacement of missing tooth structure that is supported by dental implants.

What People Are Saying See how our patients love us!

April is so nice and fun, makes waiting for my kids a breeze! Free coffee too! The office is flexible and always work within my busy schedule. Thanks crew!

Scott C. on Yelp

The dentist is not my favorite place to be. But everyone I have encountered-especially, the front desk staff have been so welcoming, which has made me feel less nervous. I've recommended a couple people and they have all had great experiences and are returning patients.

Miriam H. on Yelp

As a family we have been coming here for years--both for pediatric care as well as adult care. The experience has always been great. April at the front desk is a gem--Seriously she needs to be cloned. I never have to worry about my insurance coverage or anything. She always takes care of everything.

Tori M. on Yelp

The front office staff is welcoming and helpful, the assistants and hygienists are kind, efficient, and fun, and the dentists are knowledgable and always more than willing to make sure their patients leave happy.

Kenna R. on Yelp

Dr. Scott and his team are amazing I appreciate the individualized care. The office always has an energized attitude and are always doing fun activities.

Teaessa C. on Yelp

Vanessa K. on Yelp

I love this dentist. I've been seeing Dr. Scott since I moved back out here 8 years ago. I was a huge fan of my dentist back in Atlanta, so I was a bit disappointed to have to change to a new dentist. However, Dr. Scott is every bit as good. I especially appreciate that when I had a crown break, he offered to come in on the weekend to fix it.

Matthew H. on Yelp

I've been taking my kiddo there for nearly 4 years now and we are super happy with Dr. Thoa and her staff. The nurses are all very friendly and help young children through their concerns and fears. X-rays, cleanings...they can all be intimidating for young child and the staff just know how to make it all fun and informational.

Arpana S. on Yelp

Drs. Scott and Thoa are extremely professional and fun. My daughter's both have seen Dr. Thoa for 3 years now. And my husband and I have been seeing Dr. Scott for 3 years as well. Fortunately we have good teeth, so Dr. Scott hasn't had to perform any work, but Rose always makes the cleanings pleasant. Dr. Scott has officially recognized me as his "Best Patient Ever"! (Take that, Brian).
