Single-Tooth Implants
Dental implants can be used to replace a missing tooth with a sturdy, elegant artificial version that blends in with your natural teeth so that you can smile like you used to, and even bite and chew. To create a single-tooth implant, a slender titanium screw called a post will be inserted into your jaw. This is the actual implant — and once it has integrated with your jawbone, it can be topped with a porcelain crown to give you a whole new tooth.

Implant-Supported Bridges
While we can use single-tooth implants to replace a whole mouthful of missing teeth, we can also make the process more affordable by using a smaller number of implants to support dental bridges. Bridges are made from crowns that have been fused together and are traditionally attached to your existing teeth. However, implants can provide a sturdier foundation for a bridge, and also do not require us to pare away any of your existing natural tooth structure in order to hold them in place.
How Long Does It Take To Get Dental Implants?

The dental implants process typically takes roughly six months, although it can last longer if you need a bone graft to build up your jaw to the point where it can support implants. However, the results are worth the wait! You’ll be able to experience the confidence that comes from being able to flash a healthy, natural-looking smile again, and even bite and chew.
